Our Torta Caprese is similar to a flourless chocolate cake, moist, chocolatey with a nice crunchy crust, and best of all gluten free! Made as individual sized 3" squares using organic almonds, organic unbleached sugar, cage free eggs, premium Dutch Chocolate, and our premium extracts. Sold as (12) 3oz. individual tortas.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
3. Hand Delivery Only
We currently offer hand delivery only. We do not ship products at this time. Delivery times and availability are based on scheduled local delivery routes.
4. Order Cancellations & Adjustments
Cancellations or changes on any orders must be made before the weekly order cutoff time posted on the website.
Orders placed after the cutoff may not be cancellable. Because we order perishable ingredients from suppliers based on confirmed orders, cancellations after the cutoff may still result in full or partial charges to cover costs already incurred.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders claimed within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. All sales are final after the weekly cutoff time.
6. Allergens & Product Information
- All products are made in a facility that handles common allergens.
- Gluten-Free Statement: Our gluten-free products are made without any wheat flour. All equipment and surfaces are thoroughly washed. However, because our facility is not a dedicated allergen-free environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten or other allergens on a microscopic level. Customers with severe allergies assume all risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, recipes, and branding, is the property of Cakery and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
