Yes. Cakery exclusively supplies select higher-end restaurants. We do not sell directly to consumers or retail outlets.
Our focus is providing chefs and restaurant owners with consistent, high-quality handcrafted regional Italian desserts — eliminating the need for in-house pastry production while maintaining full control over quality and presentation.
No, we leave the plating up to you. We do provide optional flavored drizzles made in-house for select items. Garnishing is entirely up to you. We deliver the delicious centerpiece — you finish the presentation.
We deliberately maintain a focused selection of core regional Italian desserts. This allows us to produce fresh, small-batch items with the finest sustainable ingredients and uncompromising quality.
To keep your menu dynamic, we introduce new seasonal items at least four times per year.
For chefs and restaurant owners, this delivers consistent excellence with minimal complexity — signature desserts done right, plus fresh seasonal options throughout the year.
Our prices reflect the real cost of handcrafted excellence: fresh, small-batch production using the finest sustainable ingredients, authentic regional Italian recipes, and premium packaging.
While almost all restaurants serve the same mass-produced frozen desserts that lack flavor and fail to impress customers, Cakery delivers superior taste, refined presentation, and consistency that actually enhances your menu and drives dessert sales.
By choosing us, you avoid the hidden costs of an in-house pastry chef, labor, waste, and mediocre results — getting premium quality that justifies the price and stands out to your guests.
Most bakeware is made with PFAS and manufactured in China. Many places use the cheapest, most affordable pans and don’t consider what ends up in their customers’ bodies. We use non-toxic, PFAS-free bakeware made in America.
PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) are a large group of man-made chemicals used since the 1940s for their water-, oil-, and stain-resistant properties.
Key facts:
- Found in non-stick cookware (Teflon/PFA coatings), food packaging, firefighting foam, waterproof clothing, and more.
- Extremely persistent ("forever chemicals") — they do not break down easily in the environment or human body.
- Linked to health risks including cancer, hormone disruption, immune system effects, and developmental issues.
- Many are now regulated or banned in certain uses due to toxicity concerns.
There is no minimum. You can order any product or combination directly on the website.
Items are sold in pre-measured packs priced per unit:
- Most desserts: 12 portions
- Cannolis: 24 portions
This keeps everything fresh, consistent, and easy to manage for your menu with little or no waste.
We use only exceptional ingredients to achieve superior flavor and quality:
- Pastured eggs
- Organic unbleached flours
- Organic sugars
- Premium extracts from boutique single-origin sources
- Organic citrus zests
- Imported Italian liquors
- Premium cocoa from sustainable sources
These ingredients deliver authentic regional Italian taste and refined texture that stands out on your dessert menu — far beyond standard commercial products.
We deliver only to approved higher-end restaurants within our current service area to guarantee freshness and quality.
If your address isn’t showing as deliverable, let us know — we can check and may be able to add your zip code. All restaurants must be approved to ensure they meet our standards before ordering.
Contact us with your restaurant details and we’ll review your account promptly.
We deliver on Wednesday and Friday mornings (before noon).
